4 Dead are a Canberra-based hardcore band who formed in 2001. Their original bassists, Dean, left the band a year or so after they formed and the lineup has pretty much remained unchanged since.

They have played with bands such as Electric Wizard, Give Up the Ghost, The Hope Conspiracy and Throwdown, and have toured interstate occasionally. Vocalist Jon has copped more than a few injuries, owing mostly to their crazed and energetic live shows... the last time I saw them (in Sydney) he launched himself straight into a table covered in glasses. Messy.
