The Dead Walk! are a fairly popular hardcore band from straight outta Newcastle. They formed in 2004 and got their name from a healthy love of zombie films.

LINEUP
Luke Dolan - vocals
Jon Williams - guitar
Josh Brown - guitar
Jim White - bass
Brad McDougall - drums
Influenced by American hardcore bands such as Madball, In Cold Blood, Youth of Today, Integrity and Ringworm, the band formed after two previous Newcastle-based hardcore bands broke up (Life Love Regret, No Jazz Before the Rumble). The various members have previously also been in Found My Direction, Taking Sides, Arms Reach, Case For Jefferson and the Ready Series. Jon also currently plays guitar in Dropsaw and Luke also does vocals for White Male Duminance (also called Cock Diesel).
The Dead Walk toured the east coast with Taking Sides last year, and also journeyed out to Perth. They are currently also about to tour various Aussie cities with Ringworm and Mindsnare, and have an Australian-wide tour with Jungle Fever planned for August-October to coincide with the release of their album.
