ROFL

ROFL are a crazy thrash/chaotic hardcore band from Sydney. They rule. I'd love to put up a link to an MP3 or something but they don't really have a webpage or a myspace or anything (they used to have a myspace but I haven't been able to locate it for a while so I think it's gone now).
They formed in 2004 as a six-piece (dual vocals) and have had a few minor member shuffles since then and I think they are currently about to settle on a new second guitarist.
ORIGINAL MEMBERS
Troy Harrison - vocals
Paul Mernagh - vocals
Micko Witts - drums
Dano Ryan - guitar
Chris Foye - guitar
James Giddins - bass
Chris left the band around 2005 and was replaced on guitar by Mitchell (previously of the band Dimeadozen), who played with the band for a short while before moving to Forster. Paul left the band for a while to travel overseas and left the band shortly after returning to Australia in 2005. He can currently be seen/heard in Brand Disloyalty.
CURRENT LINEUP
Troy - vocals
Simmo - vocals
Micko - drums
Dano - guitar
James - bass
Troy previously did vocals for The Panic Attacks. Micko was previously in The Panic Attacks, Dot Dot Dot (vocals) and Encryptor, and also hosts a couple of radio shows on 2RRR. Simmo also does vocals for Arkanoid and James also currently plays drums for Crimespree and Anarchoi.
They've ventured out of Sydney a few times to play Newcastle and toured Brisbane in early 2005. They most recently released a split CD with Frank Rizzo, featuring a whole bunch of new material and even including a song co-written with Frank Rizzo (the title track 'The Crash That Ended in E').
